The latest issue of everyone's favorite Japanese gaming magazine Famitsu has revealed that the upcoming fighter Soulcalibur IV will feature "character swapping" -- switching characters in the middle of battle a la Marvel vs. Capcom -- in its single-player story mode. A meter on the lower part of the screen will allow you perform combos using this mechanic. Strangely, there is no mention of this.. story details »

These posters are such beauties, and we want them. Unfortunately, they are in Japan. A black one with an orange IV logo features Ryu with new characters Crimson Viper, Abel, El Fuerte and Rufus. An orange one with a black IV logo features old favorites Guile, Ken and Chun-Li. Capcom-Unity blogger Kramez has two pictures of the Street Fighter IV posters held up by SFIV producer Yoshinori Ono.... story details »

Capcom just contacted us to let us know that the beta version of Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix is available for download via Xbox Live today for all 360 users who have (or do in the future) purchased Wolf of the Battlefield XBLA. story details »

Just a few minutes ago Capcom announced that starting today gamers can download Wolf of the Battlefield: Commando 3 through the Xbox Live Arcade. Also with the title gamers will get special access to the closed Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix beta that will begin later this month (June 26, 2008). story details »

Capcom, a leading worldwide developer and publisher of video games, held a press only event in Las Vegas last week and PlanetXbox360 was there to cover everything from Resident Evil 5 to Street Fighter IV.
