Eidos is releasing four new downloadable maps for the Fragile Alliance multiplayer mode in Kane & Lynch: Dead Men. The maps will be downloadable for free on April 17, from Xbox LIVE and will include the option to earn a total of 250 achievement points; a first for free downloadable content. story details »

The Advertising Standards Authority has not just banned but outlawed an Eidos advertising campaign for Kane & Lynch. The group has ordered Eidos not to print or broadcast the ads again, after upholding 26 complaints and calling the promotion 'graphic' and 'shocking'. story details »

If for some reason you're still playing Kane & Lynch, Eidos has a nice surprise for you: four new downloadable maps for the game's Fragile Alliance multiplayer mode will be released on April 17th, the day the new PLAYSTATION Store relaunches. Entitled "The Dope Bag," this DLC will feature four maps, each featuring its own "unique scenario." story details »

We're always excited when a new studio forms and plots its plan of attack for the video game industry. We're a couple of years late, though. nDreams formed in 2006 thanks to former SCi/Eidos creative director, Patrick O'Luanaigh, but hasn't really done anything yet.
