EA Montreal has announced the return of the Army of Two weapons contest, this time for the upcoming sequel, Army of Two: The 40th Day, which is scheduled for release for Xbox 360, PS3 and PSP this December. It shouldn’t be a huge surprise; people like Final Fantasy VII. Since the game’s release on the Playstation Network back at E3, the PS3/PSP-compatible downloadable version of the game has racked up 100,000 sales, breaking PSN records. Star Wars Rogue Squadron 4 for Wii was definitely in development by Factor 5. This was revealed in a new lawsuit by ex-Factor 5 employees following the company’s recent closure of the U.S. studio. The lawsuit claims that Factor 5 “fraudulently” transfered aspects of the game to another company before they claimed bankcrupcy while also refusing to pay their employees.
