But things go awry when he starts talking to people and finds out he’s got a new game coming out. Creating a... story details »

Bobby Kotick, chief executive of Activision Blizzard, said that the £299.99 entry price of the PS3 was too high. “I'm getting concerned about Sony,” he said. “The PlayStation 3 is losing a bit of momentum and they don't make it easy for me to support the platform. It's expensive to develop for the console, and the Wii and the Xbox are just selling better. Games generate a better return... story details »

One of the more interesting titles on show at the recent E3 show was Afrika for the PS3. Afrika's beautiful safari setting and peaceful photography gameplay was in stark contrast to the sea of sci-fi shooters and hack'n slash combat on display elsewhere. This probably explains why the game has failed to find a European publisher despite being released in Japan a couple of years ago. Taking... story details »

Until the two new technologies from Microsoft and Sony aren't deployed on the market, we will definitely won't know (with facts) who will come out on top, and who will have the better specs. Of course we could wait for them to come out, or in this case for our personal enjoyment, we could jump back in time when this technology was actually thought of. Yeah, you read correctly, the technology... story details »

Sadly for those frequent Super Smash Bros. Brawl players out there, Nintendo has announced that the Wii fighter’s servers that allow you to upload user-generated photos, stages and replay data will end on June 30th, 2009. These features, along with the online play in the game, were some of the game’s most touted features, so its sad to see them go. It’s also curious as Nintendo did not... story details »
