We are pleased to announce that Fallout® 3 downloadable content (DLC) is coming to PLAYSTATION 3 computer entertainment system. The second Killzone 2 Map Pack has been announced as “Flash and Thunder”. The first Killzone 2 Map Pack was Steel & Titanium. This new map pack will feature two classic maps from the original Killzone! These include the Beach Head map and the Southern Hills map, which were considered two of the best maps from the PlayStation 2 classic. Let's face it: the console war comes down to exclusive software. Everything else can be categorized as either trivial or gravy; the top-notch, must-have software that can only be played on one particular platform drives hardware sales. In an e-mail today from Tecmo, lovers of all things ninja, I was let in on information regarding what’s in store at E3 2009 for Hayabusa fans. I’ve written numerous times about how the combat in Batman: Arkham Asylum reminds me of Assassin’s Creed’s rhythmic battle choreography, and it should be no surprise that this latest video is redundant. It’s selling me a feature I already want for a product I’m already signed up to buy. That said, boy do I love this salesmanship. story details »

Developer Croteam has revealed it’s working on Serious Sam 3, the next instalment in the Serious Sam first-person shooter series. InFamous is set to zap the PlayStation 3 on May 21st (May 29 in Europe) which is quickly approaching us. To generate more hype for Sucker Punch’s latest title, co-founder of the company Chris Zimmerman discussed the game at-length in a recent video interview on the official PlayStation Blog. Sony's PlayStation is quite bulky and heavy compared to Microsoft's Xbox 360 and the Nintendo Wii. Sony recently silenced the rumor mills that buzzed with rumors about a PS3 redesign. Sony UK representative told Computerandvideogames.com that "We currently don't have any plans for a redesigned PS3." Today, pictures of a possible 'Slim PS3' have been leaked, showing off a 120GB hard drive, two USB ports, and a heavily redesigned body that is completely slim-lined. Sony has added that "We don't know anything about the system in the photos, we currently don't have any plans for a redesigned PS3". story details »
